SocialScoreKeeper Giveaway & Raffle Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.

These Official Rules govern every giveaway and raffle we run inside the SocialScoreKeeper app (each, a “Giveaway”). The in-app announcement for each Giveaway tells you the specifics — the prize, its approximate value, the entry deadline, the drawing date, and the number of winners. Together, that announcement and these Rules are the complete terms for that Giveaway. These Rules are always available at socialscorekeeper.com/giveaway-rules — no account needed to read them.

Each Giveaway is sponsored solely by SocialScoreKeeper LLC, 7325 Simms Creek Ct, Tyler, Texas 75703, USA (“we,” “us”). Apple Inc. and Google LLC are not sponsors of, and are not involved in, any Giveaway in any way.

2. Who Can Enter

You can enter if, at the time of entry, you:

are 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority where you live, if higher);
hold a SocialScoreKeeper account in good standing — any tier, including Free; and
live in a jurisdiction where the App is available and the Giveaway is lawful.

A Giveaway’s in-app announcement may limit eligibility to specific countries or regions — if it does, that limit governs. Giveaways are not open to residents of Mexico (see §8). Employees of SocialScoreKeeper LLC and members of their immediate households may not enter. Each Giveaway is void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. How to Enter — Free, Always

Enter by redeeming the Giveaway’s promo code in the App before the entry deadline shown in the announcement. That’s it.

Entry is completely free. You never need a paid subscription, and redeeming the code costs nothing.
There is never any charge — to enter, to find out whether you won, or to claim a prize. We cover standard delivery of physical prizes.
One entry per person per Giveaway. Additional redemptions of the same code don’t create additional entries.
Entries created by bots, scripts, or multiple accounts are void.
The entry deadline shown in the announcement won’t change except where circumstances beyond our control make it unavoidable — and never in a way that disadvantages people who entered under the original deadline.

4. The Prize

The prize for each Giveaway — including its description, the number of winners, any regional allocation, and its approximate retail value — is stated in the in-app announcement. Prizes are not transferable, and no cash substitution is available, except that we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the announced prize becomes unavailable. We aim to deliver prizes within 6 weeks of winner confirmation. Any taxes on a prize are the winner’s responsibility, and prize values may be reported to tax authorities where the law requires.

5. Odds of Winning

Winners are drawn at random, so the odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received for that Giveaway.

6. How Winners Are Picked

On or shortly after the drawing date shown in the announcement, winners are selected by an automated random drawing from all eligible entries, conducted by our drawing system. The drawing is random — no judging, no skill component in selection, and no human discretion over who is drawn.

7. Winner Notification and Claiming Your Prize

Every entrant is notified of the drawing result in the App, and winners are also notified by push notification and email.
A winner must respond to our prize-claim instructions within 14 days of the first notification. If a winner doesn’t respond in time, is ineligible, declines the prize, or (where required) doesn’t correctly answer the skill-testing question, we may select an alternate winner at random from the remaining eligible entries.
Skill-testing question (Canada): before being confirmed as a winner, an entrant who is a resident of Canada must first correctly answer, unaided and within a time limit, a multi-step mathematical skill-testing question that we administer during the claim process.

8. Country-Specific Terms

Canada: No purchase is necessary, no payment ever increases the chances of winning, and Canadian winners must correctly answer the skill-testing question described in §7. Winners are selected at random in each region to which prizes are allocated, and prizes are delivered without undue delay (§4).
Québec: Residents of Québec may enter on the same terms as everyone else. A French version of these Rules is available on terms at least as favorable as this version.
United Kingdom: Our Giveaways are free draws — every entry is free, and there is never a payment to enter, to learn the result, or to claim a prize. Winners are selected by a computer process that allocates prizes by chance, with every eligible entry having an equal chance. As UK advertising rules require, we will make available the surname and county (or region) of major prize winners on request — unless you object, which you can do at any time before the drawing by emailing support@socialscorekeeper.com; if the Advertising Standards Authority asks us to verify that a valid award took place, we must still provide it the winner’s details.
Mexico: Our Giveaways are not open to residents of Mexico, and Mexican residents are not eligible to enter or win. Mexican law requires a government permit for every prize draw — even completely free ones — and those permits are only available to companies formed in Mexico. Until that changes, we can’t lawfully offer Giveaways there.

9. Your Privacy

Giveaway entries are processed under our Privacy Policy. If you win, we keep a record of your win (name, prize, value, date) for 3 years for tax and audit purposes — that’s a legal requirement, and it’s the only Giveaway data we keep that long. We will not publicly announce your name without your consent (UK winners: see §8 for the narrow surname-and-county rule UK advertising standards require, which has its own objection right).

10. General Conditions

We may cancel, suspend, or modify a Giveaway if fraud, technical failure, or any cause beyond our control compromises its integrity — and if we do, we’ll draw winners from the eligible entries received before the disruption where it’s fair to do so.
We may disqualify any entry that violates these Rules or the SocialScoreKeeper Terms of Service.
These Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA — but if you are a consumer whose local law gives you rights in your local courts or under your local law (for example, the United Kingdom, Québec, or an EU member state), nothing here takes those rights away.
